Appointment Confirmation:
By submitting the appointment form, you agree that you are scheduling a consultation or meeting with Design Mavens P/L for the purpose of discussing your design project requirements. We reserve the right to confirm or decline appointments based on our availability and the suitability of the project.

Appointment Details:
Please ensure all information provided in the appointment form is accurate and complete. Any changes to the appointment details must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Consultation Fee:
Design Mavens P/L may charge a consultation fee for certain appointments, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation. The consultation fee may be waived or adjusted at our discretion.

Confidentiality:
All information shared during the appointment, including project details, concepts, and strategies, will be treated as confidential by Design Mavens P/L. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property:
Any materials, ideas, or concepts presented by Design Mavens P/L during the appointment remain the intellectual property of our agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided to you during the appointment without our prior consent.

Liability:
Design Mavens P/L shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused as a result of any advice, suggestions, or recommendations provided during the appointment.

You acknowledge that any decisions made based on the information discussed during the appointment are your sole responsibility.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
